1. Accepting These Terms
This document and the other referenced policies make up our Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Blisssty India Pvt. Ltd. (registered in India).

3. Your Privacy
We handle your data as described in our [Privacy Policy]. Sellers and Blisssty independently manage buyer data under Indian data protection laws (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
4. Your Account with Blisssty
A. Age Requirement: You must be 18+ to use our Services. Minors (13–17) may use accounts supervised by a parent/guardian.
B. Accuracy: Provide truthful information. Impersonation is prohibited.
C. Security: Protect your password. You are responsible for all account activity.
D. Business Accounts: If registering as a business, you guarantee authority to agree to these Terms.
5. Your Content
A. Ownership: You retain rights to content (listings, reviews, images) posted on Blisssty.
B. License to Blisssty: By posting content, you grant Blisssty a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote it.
C. Prohibited Content: Do not post abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
6. Using Our Services
A. Legal Compliance: Follow all Indian laws (e.g., Consumer Protection Act, 2019).
B. Fees: Pay all fees owed to Blisssty. See our [Fees Policy](#).
C. Prohibited Activities: No fraud, counterfeiting, or misuse of intellectual property.
7. Termination
A. By You: Close your account anytime via settings.
B. By Blisssty: We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.
C. Effect of Termination: You may lose access to content.
8. Warranties & Liability
A. Items Purchased: Blisssty does not manufacture or inspect items. Sellers are responsible for product quality.
B. No Warranty: Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties.
C. Liability Cap: Blisssty’s liability is limited to the greater of ₹5,000 INR or fees paid in the past 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Blisssty against claims arising from your use of Services or breaches of these Terms.
10. Disputes with Users
A. Resolution: Attempt to resolve disputes directly with the seller/buyer.
B. Blisssty’s Role: We may assist but are not obligated to resolve disputes.
11. Arbitration (India)
A. Mandatory Arbitration: Disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
B. Venue: Arbitration shall be conducted in [Your City, India] in English.
C. Class Action Waiver: No class or representative claims.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes not resolved via arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
