Blisssty Refund Policy

At Blisssty, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, this policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and cancellations in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.
You may request a refund or return under the following conditions:
Damaged/Defective Items: Received products are broken, faulty, or not as described.
Wrong Items: Incorrect product or size shipped.
Non-Delivery: Package not delivered within the promised timeframe.
Non-Refundable Items:
Personalized/custom-made products (unless defective).
Digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, patterns).
Items marked "Final Sale" during promotions.
Request a Return:
Log in to your Blisssty account → "Order History" → Select item → "Request Return".
Provide photos/videos of the issue (for damaged/wrong items).
Approval:
Our team will review within 48 hours. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Ship the Item:
Pack the product securely with the original packaging and invoice.
Ship to the address provided in the RAN email within 7 days.
Refund Issued:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Sellers must accept returns if the item violates Blisssty’s Seller Policy.
Refunds are deducted from the seller’s pending balance.
Original Payment Mode: Refunds are credited to the same payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
Blisssty Wallet: Opt for store credit for faster processing (usable for future purchases).
Processing Time:
Bank Transfers: 5–10 business days (varies by bank).
UPI/Wallets: 24–48 hours.
Before Shipping: Cancel via "Order History" → "Cancel Order". Full refund issued.
After Shipping: Return the item as per the return process.
Buyer’s Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for damaged/defective/wrong items.
Free Pickup: Available for select Indian pin codes (check with customer support).
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us at returns@blisssty.com within 7 days of delivery.
Returns may be rejected if:
Items are used, washed, or missing tags.
No proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
Returned after 15 days of delivery.
