Blisssty Cancellation Policy

At Blisssty, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures flexibility while complying with India’s Consumer Protection Act (2019) and E-commerce Rules (2020).


1. Eligibility for Cancellation

You may cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Pre-Shipment: Cancel anytime before your order is dispatched.

  • Post-Shipment: Refuse delivery or return the item unopened (see Return Policy).

Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Customized/personalized products (e.g., engraved items, made-to-order goods).

  • Digital downloads (e-books, software, templates).

  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh flowers, food).

  • Orders marked "Non-Cancellable" during checkout (e.g., flash sale items).


2. How to Cancel an Order

For Buyers:

  1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation:

    • Log into your account → Order History → Select item → “Cancel Order”.

    • For guest purchases, email support@blisssty.com with your order number.

    • Deadline: Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order (or before dispatch).

  2. Post-Shipment Cancellation:

    • Refuse delivery or initiate a return once the item is received.

For Sellers:

  • Sellers may cancel orders only if:

    • The item is out of stock.

    • Buyer requests customization beyond the original agreement.

    • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  • Sellers must notify the buyer via Blisssty Messages and refund immediately.


3. Refund Process

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Full refund within 24–48 hours.

  • Post-Shipment Cancellations: Refund processed after we receive the returned item (see Return Policy).

Refund Methods:

  • Original Payment Mode: Credit/debit cards, UPI, or wallets (5–10 business days).

  • Blisssty Wallet: Instant store credit (select this option during cancellation).


4. Partial Cancellations

Cancel individual items from multi-product orders if they haven’t been shipped. Contact support@blisssty.com for assistance.


5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

If a seller cancels your order:

  • You’ll receive an automatic refund.

  • A cancellation note will be emailed to you.

  • Report unfair cancellations to grievance@blisssty.com.


6. Late or Failed Cancellations

  • If your order is dispatched before cancellation, refuse delivery and follow the return process.

  • Blisssty is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
