At Blisssty, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, our return policy ensures a hassle-free process while complying with India’s Consumer Protection Act (2019) and E-commerce Rules (2020).
You may return products within 15 days of delivery under these conditions:
Damaged/Defective Items: Products received broken, faulty, or with manufacturing defects.
Incorrect Items: Wrong size, color, or product shipped.
Quality Issues: Product does not match the description or images on the listing.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized/personalized products (e.g., engraved jewelry, monogrammed items).
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
Intimate apparel, innerwear, or hygiene products (unopened and unused).
Digital downloads (e-books, patterns, software).
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” during checkout.
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Log into your Blisssty account → Order History → Select item → “Request Return”.
Provide details (e.g., reason for return, photos/video of defects).
For guest purchases, email returns@blisssty.com with your order number and issue.
Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
Approved returns receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Pack the product securely in its original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice.
Attach the RAN to the package.
Use the prepaid label (for defective/wrong items) or ship via a reliable courier (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC).

We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days post-inspection.
Blisssty Covers: For damaged/defective items, wrong products, or delivery errors.
Customer Covers: For returns due to size/style preferences.
Free Pickup: Available in select Indian cities (check eligibility during return request).
Original Payment Method: Refunds to credit/debit cards, UPI, or wallets within 5–10 business days.
Blisssty Wallet Credit: Instant store credit for future purchases (select this option during return).
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us at support@blisssty.com within 7 days of delivery.
For size/color exchanges, include preferred options in your return request.
Returns will be rejected if:
Items are used, washed, or altered.
Tags/labels are removed, or packaging is damaged.
No proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
Returned after 15 days of delivery.
Ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Retain proof of return shipment (tracking ID) until the refund is processed.
Blisssty is not liable for returns lost/damaged in transit if shipped without a prepaid label.
